A Class For Every Body
We offer a variety of yoga classes from Fire Hot 26 Series, Sculpt and Flow, heated vinyasa flow, hot barre, and more. We are proud to offer our yoga wall classes offering a new dimension for your yoga practice. We incorporate a holistic approach to wellness and healing in all our classes.

At Rakta Hot Yoga, we believe in being your Authentic self. Come just the way you are! You don't need to be flexible, athletic, or even a yogi to attend classes. Just having a desire for Betterment is enough. Taking one small step towards improving your life. Sometimes it's two steps forward, one step back. We are all on our own unique journey, in competition with no one! We strive for a sense of Community, of like-minded people evolving together.
